Welcome Visitors!

In preparation for your stay, we would like to inform you that in order to purchase from any medical cannabis dispensary in Hawaii, all patients must be registered with the Hawaii Medical Cannabis Registry System. Once registered, patients will receive a 329V card that will be active for 60 days. Please follow the links below to file for an application.

REquirements for a 329V Card Application:

  1. Find out if you are eligible to apply and check the dispensary/products availability in the island(s) that you are traveling.

  2. California Residents: Please view the sample registration card issued by your state before applying. The Hawaii Medical Cannabis Registry Program only accepts state/territory issued medical cannabis registration cards. Submission of medical cannabis cards issued by private entities will result in the denial of your application.

  3. Create a free account to start your online application

  4. There can only be one patient per account

  5. Applications can be submitted starting at 60 days prior to desired start date

  6. Two registrations per calendar year are allowed
